More than 30 years of national / international professional experience in larger companies and smaller SMEs.
During this time, I was able to experience working with larger consulting firms to develop strategies several times. This helped me to develop further and to be able to apply the methods for strategy development.
In my career so far, I have worked in a highly regulated and extremely competitive environment. Finding optimal solutions in the area of tension between process reliability, cost awareness, employee and customer orientation has always motivated me!
My basic technical training combined with in-depth expertise as Head of IT Business Partner & Innovation and later as CIO support me when it comes to understanding technical needs and requirements and converting them into digital IT solutions and thus keeping a company profitable in the future.
Growth of economic added value and profitability by increasing competitiveness in existing markets, with the reduction of costs and functional improvements in existing products, services, business models or processes.
To this end, I attach great importance to clear structures in the work processes. I'm fascinated by making structures and processes as simple as possible: "Simplicity" is the motto.
I really enjoy motivating and managing employees. In addition, due to my more than 10 years of experience abroad (Europe, Asia & the Middle East), I bring with me a high level of intercultural understanding in order to support and motivate employees to achieve the specified goals in a focused, fair and service-oriented manner.
Life has taught me that not everything can be planned in advance. Meanwhile, pragmatic skills or agile management are required and I have no fear of “rolling up my sleeves”. I move on all levels, as is appropriate and necessary. In a challenging environment, my strengths include speed, sustainability and innovative adaptability.
