2022-2023

Healthcare

IT security project - development of an IT emergency concept customised to the company (SME). For this purpose, the 3 IT emergency scenarios that cause the most damage to the company were defined. 

  • Failure of the telephone system

  • Failure of the server

  • Hacker attack

A comprehensive process was established for all scenarios, in which both internal and external departments were involved.

2015

Aviation / MRO

Reorganisation project - administrative realignment of an MRO station in Paris.

This primarily included the following areas:

  • Maintenance planning - correct work planning on all customer aircraft including the availability of material, skills, tools and manpower.

  • Documentation and archiving - a process in accordance with the regulations specified by the aviation authorities for the traceability of completed work and its working papers, as well as the introduction of a digital archiving process.

2010 - 2014

Aviation / MRO

Major project  - Establishment of a maintenance / maintenance center in Malta 

Over 4 years with an increase in staff from initially 90 to finally 200 employees, as well as handover to new management. From blueprint to go-live to hand over to local employees.
